Marketing Executive

Pertemps are working with a local family run business who due to expansion, are looking to hire a Marketing Executive to make a significant impact on the marketing side of their business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to implement their ideas and guide the company on marketing to help them grow.

Pay: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
Hours: Part time - 25 hours a week
Location: Hemel Hempstead - Over time this could evolve to a hybrid role to support flexibilty
 
Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan across various channels, including digital, social media, email and traditional marketing
- Align marketing activities with the overall marketing strategy to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Create engaging content and promotional materials to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement
- Monitor and track marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and report on their effectiveness
- Build and manage email database and create email marketing campaigns
- Social Media management
 
Requirements:

- Proven experience in a marketing role
- Excellent level of written English
- Experience in B2C marketing
- A creative thinker with a willingness to try new ideas
 
Qualifications:

- Degree in marketing or similar field
- Proficiency in creating email campaigns
