Job Description
What you will be doing:
We are looking for an experienced Content Design Executive, you will be responsible for creating, evaluating, updating, and reviewing digital content on our website and will play a key role in transforming our digital customer journeys.
The Content Design Executive will.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, intent owners, product owners, product designers, and developers to create, update and review content across the end-to-end user journey
  • Use primary evidence, qualitative and quantitative data, and user research to inform your content and the user journey
  • Build relationships across the organisation to focus on the needs of the user and to influence stakeholders
  • Take responsibility for delivering content that is accurate, timely, and high-quality based on insight and outputs of user testing
  • Use and contribute to the development of style guides and design patterns
 We’re looking for you to:
  • Have excellent digital content publishing skills, from writing and editing copy, to building pages in a CMS, ideally Sitecore
  • Previous experience of content design, preferably in an agile customer-focused environment
  • Great planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Be comfortable using evidence, data, and research to make content decisions
  • A solid understanding of SEO principles
  • To have the ability to monitor and improve content performance
  • The ability to navigate your way around Google Analytics, without getting lost
  • A basic technical understanding of HTML
  • Plenty of ideas and enthusiasm
