Production Operative

Looking for Production Operatives to join our client's team in Tewkesbury, with clear genuine progression pathways in place it is a fantastic opportunity. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate £11.57 - £12.60.

As a Production Operative your duties will be supporting the production team by operating machinery to package products, moving units into storage for distribution, and working across different production lines, you will be responsible for operating machinery for processing products, maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation, and complying with all food hygiene and health and safety policies on site with ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality products.
Assembling and packaging products according to production schedules.
Conducting quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
Working collaboratively with the production team to achieve production targets.

Requirements:
Previous experience working in a production environment (Desired).
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
Comfortable working in a physically demanding role.
Flexible with working hours and willing to work weekends.

Further information:
Competitive hourly rate of £11.57 per hour.
Working Monday to Saturday, with a day off so only working 5 days.
Rotating shifts: AM - 06:00-14:00 & PM - 14:00-22:00.
