Warehouse Operative

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative for a 6-week temporary assignment in Bourton-on-the-Water, working Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 17:30, with Fridays off! Immediate starts and the chance of permanent employment for the right candidate. Currently paying £12.00ph.

Location: Bourton-on-the-Water
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 - 17:30. Friday off.
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Duration: 6 weeks (Temporary)

What You'll Be Doing: You will play an integral role in a highly dynamic and productive team, helping to assemble and package products with precision and care. Your focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Working in a clean and organised space, you'll handle a variety of tasks that require attention to detail, excellent dexterity, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You'll follow clear instructions, but also be expected to use your initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure each task is completed on time and to the highest standard.

Requirements:
Own transport is essential for candidates living outside Bourton-on-the-Water.
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume setting.
Comfortable working to tight deadlines and under minimal supervision.
Previous assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is highly desirable.
Positive, proactive, and hardworking attitude.
