Position: Production Operative
Location: Tewkesbury

Shifts:
Day Shift: £13.70 per hour
Shift Hours:
AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
PM Shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:00 - 23:53
Shift Premium: £15.07 per hour for shifts

Role Responsibilities: As a Production Operative, you’ll be a key part of our production line, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production process. This will include:

Operating production machinery to manufacture goods to a high standard
Monitoring and controlling product quality throughout the production process
Packaging and preparing products for dispatch
Conducting routine checks and ensuring the maintenance of equipment
Following health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Working closely with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements:

No previous experience required – full training provided
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
A commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards
