Job Details:

  • Position: Production Operative
  • Location: Tewkesbury
Shifts:

  • Day Shift: £13.70 per hour
  • Shift Hours:
    • AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
    • PM Shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:00 - 23:53
  • Shift Premium: £15.07 per hour for shifts

Role Responsibilities: As a Production Operative, you’ll be a key part of our production line, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production process. This will include:

  • Operating production machinery to manufacture goods to a high standard
  • Monitoring and controlling product quality throughout the production process
  • Packaging and preparing products for dispatch
  • Conducting routine checks and ensuring the maintenance of equipment
  • Following health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
  • Working closely with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements:

  • No previous experience required – full training provided
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • A commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards
