Pertemps are working with our client based in Burton-on-Trent who are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a on-going temporary basis. The right candiate will be a capable, strong administrator who can deal with customers on the phone within a busy role.
Being dierectly responsible to the Sales Support Team Leader you will be resposible for the sale of the clients range of products & to give technical & sales support to distributors, merchants, OEM's, end users & the Companys Sales Managers. You will also need to be aware of & understand the UK & Group organisation & their relevant cultures, to understand & be able to present the Company's Mission & Vision statements & be able to present an overview of its strategic objectives.

Key Responsiblilities, Tasks & Activities as a Sales Support Administrator
- To have competent knowlegde of Navision/SAP, Word & Excel
- To have a basic understanding of the company products
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Provide technical support to end users
- Processing sales orders
- Processing of sales returns and customer credits
- Ad hoc administration duties
Hours of work are:Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00
Fri – 08:00 – 16:30
