Job Description
Location: Burton-On-Trent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30am – 16:00pm / Friday 07:30am – 13:00pm
Salary: £25k - £40k (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in interpreting and working from technical drawings for part manufacturing
- Skilled in machine fitting and mechanical assembly processes
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilities applied across various mechanical tasks
- Experienced in the installation of machinery at customer sites
- Proven mechanical engineering experience essential for the role
- Capable of carrying out routine servicing and repairs on industrial machinery
- Committed to consistently following health and safety regulations and procedures
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar engineering or manufacturing environment required
- Hands-on experience with manual machinery including turning, milling, grinding, and lathes
- Full UK driving licence required
- Additional experience in CNC milling, welding/fabrication, and forklift truck operation is advantageous but not essential
