We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client’s busy team! In a nutshell, we’re looking for someone to provide a professional and business focused HR service to our client - by building strong and credible relationships focused on solutions.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has managed around 500+ staff members within a large organisation. Job details:- Salary: £45,175 p/a
- Full time, Monday – Friday 9:00-5:00
- Hybrid work – 3 days in the office, 2 days at home!
As the successful HR Business Partner, you will support managers in delivering a strategic business plan, by the development and use of policies and systems which are aligned to their business needs.
As the HR Business Partner, you will: - Contribute to the HR plans which support and underpin our client’s strategic intent and vision.
- Partner with senior HR colleagues in the implementation of the strategic HR plans, projects, and initiatives to positively add value to both the organisation and
- Lead on any specific change programmes ensuring that the business leaders are supported, guided, and advised throughout to successful completion.
- Oversee the provision of a professional recruitment & selection offer for our client.
- Provide high-level people management, development, and support to leaders of all levels within the organisation.
What essential attributes/experience and knowledge do you need?- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a busy HR environment
- Level 5 CIPD or relevant workplace experience.
- Processing formal and/or legal
- Proven experience of influencing change and outcomes across all levels of an organisation.
- Extensive experience of building professional relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Understanding and working knowledge of a HR Information
- Thorough and up to date knowledge of employment law and HR
- Proficient in the use or Microsoft
- Ability to produce useful reports, including reports from digital data
- Methodical and organised approach with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to juggle competing priorities and manage fluctuating
- A good, supportive, and flexible team player.
- The ability to gain and maintain credibility & trust from managers at all levels.
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
- GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C in Maths & English Language.
What is desirable?- CIPD Level 7 Qualification
- Experience of Iris Cascade
