Salary: £11.50 - £11.79 per hour (higher rate achieved on successful transfer to permanent role)

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our clients team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift and move heavy items
• Basic computer skills for inventory management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
