Receptionist

Based in Estover with free on-site parking, this is initially an ongoing temporary position but could potentially lead to something longer term or permanent.
You'll be working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, earning £11.50 per hour. We’re looking for someone to start Monday—so if you're ready to make an impact, don’t wait!

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Be the friendly face welcoming visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage incoming phone calls—answering, screening, and forwarding with efficiency.
• Dive into online support enquiries, offering swift, helpful responses.
• Oversee meeting room bookings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Take ownership of processing incoming orders.
• Engage in meaningful communication with clients, colleagues, and various departments, both in person and over the phone or email.
• Keep things running smoothly with day-to-day administrative tasks.
