About the Role
As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues, you’ll be the face of the office. From managing reception to supporting projects and keeping everything organised, no two days will be the same! Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:
- Handling general clerical duties like mailing, filing, and preparing payrolls.
- Organising meetings, booking rooms, and arranging refreshments.
- Managing Partner diaries and assisting with event planning, including catering.
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring they’re looked after, providing top-notch hospitality.
- Answering phone calls and managing correspondence, including emails and post.
- Updating and maintaining company records, financial databases, and social media profiles.
- Responding to non-legal client queries and setting up new client accounts.
- Keeping the office stocked with supplies and ensuring everything is running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For- A proactive, organised individual with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Experience in an office or administrative role is a bonus, but not essential if you’re eager to learn!
