Job Description
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by:
- Managing bookings from the public and responding to enquiries.
- Overseeing day-to-day admin operations and coordinating with the team.
- Maintaining filing systems and developing new processes.
- Managing office supplies, budgets, and staffing levels.
- Organising the bookings diary and ensuring seamless communication.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in business administration, IT, HR, or similar fields.
- The ability to stay calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
£24,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience
