Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service & Growth Team Leader to join a growing organisation. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for business development, customer service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, driving performance and results.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to secure new opportunities and maximise growth.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Oversee key client engagement activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales and service processes, including proposals, bookings, and compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading a sales or customer service team.
  • Strong ability to engage with senior decision-makers and develop key business relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset, with a focus on business growth and customer success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong attention to detail.
