Temporary Office Administrator – Adobe & Admin Support
Location: Ivybridge
Pay: £13 - £15 per hour (DOE)
Dates:- Monday, 24th March – Friday, 28th March
- Monday, 31st March – Thursday, 3rd April
- Further dates in April TBC
Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Temporary Office Administrator with
strong Adobe Pro DC and Microsoft Office skills to support our clients team on a short-term basis. The main focus of this role is compiling, editing, and redacting PDF documents, alongside general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
✔
Adobe Pro DC work – Creating PDF booklets, bookmarking, hyperlinking, and redacting sensitive information from medical records.
✔
Administrative support – Downloading, printing, and scanning medical records.
✔
General office duties – Assisting with stationery management, answering calls, unpacking supplies, and maintaining office areas.
Essential Requirements:
🔹 Proficiency in
Adobe Pro DC – including bookmarking, hyperlinking, and redacting documents.
🔹 Strong
Microsoft Office skills.
🔹 Ability to work
independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Previous experience with
case management systems is beneficial but not essential.
