Finance Manager – Exciting Opportunity!

Are you an experienced finance professional looking for your next challenge? Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Manager to join a well-established organisation, playing a key role in leading the finance team and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Location: Tavistock
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: 6-month temporary role with potential for a permanent position

What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Overseeing the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting
🔹 Managing Accounts Payable, Receivable, and financial accounting processes
🔹 Leading and supporting the finance team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
🔹 Handling statutory accounts, audits, VAT returns, and payroll
🔹 Managing cash flow forecasting and financial policies
🔹 Providing key financial insights and support on strategic decisions

What We’re Looking For:
✅ ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification preferred (or equivalent experience)
✅ Strong finance/accounting background with management experience
✅ Knowledge of Sage 200 (desirable)
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✅ Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a busy environment

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
