Estate Maintenance & Gardening Team Member

Permanent | £27,000–£30,000 | NR Plymouth

Are you passionate about the outdoors and working with animals? We’re looking for a practical, hands-on team player to join our small, friendly team maintaining a private estate with gardens, grounds, and a small collection of alpacas, chickens, and other livestock.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Garden and grounds maintenance using strimmers, hedge cutters, and ride-on mowers
- Daily care and upkeep of alpacas, chickens, and other livestock
- General estate work including fencing, upkeep, and seasonal tasks

**About You:**
- Experience with estate or garden maintenance
- Confident using outdoor power tools and machinery
- Comfortable working around animals
- A chainsaw licence and horticultural qualifications would be a bonus
- Must hold a valid driving licence (remote location)

**Schedule:**
- Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a day off in return)
