Job Description
Location: Tavistock
Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Mon–Thurs 9am–5pm, Fri 9am–4.30pm)
Duration: 2–3 months (with potential to extend)
Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Assistant to provide essential support during a period of transition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing purchase orders
- Processing invoices
- Carrying out data entry
- Supporting with general admin duties
- Assisting with accounts tasks (depending on experience)
- Someone with a good eye for detail and accuracy
- Ideally studying towards AAT (at least first year) or equivalent experience in a finance/admin role
- Confident with numbers and able to work methodically
- A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable finance experience within a supportive team. With a promotion recently creating a gap in the department, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly while a permanent replacement is recruited.
