What You'll Be Doing
As the Food Production Team Leader, you'll lead and develop a motivated team, keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. Key duties include:

• Training staff on safety protocols, processes, and quality assurance
• Resolving production issues swiftly to minimize downtime
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations
• Continuously improving processes to boost productivity
• Collaborating with other teams for seamless operations
• Leading by example to hit daily targets

The Details

• Shifts: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 6 AM - 3 PM or 3 PM - 12 AM
• Type: Temp to perm
• Pay: £13-£13.50/hour
• Own transport is essential due to the location of the site.

What You Need to Succeed

• Previous experience as a Team Leader in food production
• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Own transport due to the site's location
