Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Are you detail-oriented and computer literate with a passion for accuracy? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Returns Operative to join our team in Milton Keynes. This role is crucial to our smooth returns process, ensuring efficient handling and processing of returned items.
About the Role:
As a Returns Operative, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing returned goods. This involves using our computer system to log returns, assess the condition of items, and determine the appropriate course of action (e.g., restocking, disposal, or repair). Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and inspecting returned items.
• Logging returns accurately on the computer system.
• Assessing the condition of returned goods.
• Determining the appropriate action for each returned item.
• Restocking, disposing of, or preparing items for repair.
• Maintaining a clean and organised returns area.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must be computer literate.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in a returns or similar role is essential.
