VAN DRIVER (DAYS)

Pertemps is working in partnership with our client to recruit 1 X Night Van Driver for an ongoing position within their team based in Milton Keynes.
  
The Role
You role as a multi-drop van drlivery driver, will be to deliver goods to Stores throughout the UK in approximately 1-5 drops per day.

• Start times between 1700 - 2000 (flexibility is essential).
• 11 Hour shifts daily.
• Working 5 on, 3 off on a rolling pattern.
• Multidrop deliveries.
• Heavy lifting involved.

 
Rates of Pay

• 5 X 11 hour shifts per week - £12.00ph
• Additional overtime shifts available payable at time & 1/2

 
Estimated Earnings 

• Basic Weekly: £660.00+ (based on 5 shifts per week)
• With 1 OT Shift: £858.00+ (based on 6 shifts per week)
• Basic Monthly: £2860.00+ (based on 5 shifts per week)
• With 1 OT shift: £3718.00+ (based on 6 shifts per week)
• Basic Annually: £34k based on 5 shifts per week)
• With 1 OT shift: £44K (based on 6 shifts per week)

 
Requirements
Due to the nature of the contract, successful applicants will possess the following skills and attributes: 

• Hold a valid UK driving license.
• Have a minimum of 12 months multidrop driving experience. 
• Less than 3 points on your licence, for insurance purposes.
• Have a good understanding of health and safety.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers.

 The client has temp to perm positions available for the right individuals.
