Job SummaryWe are seeking detail-oriented and skilled IT Configuration Technician’s to join our clients team in a warehouse production environment.
You will be responsible for assembling, configuring, and testing systems and related hardware to ensure they meet the required specifications and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble Systems: Follow detailed assembly instructions to build systems.
- Configure Systems: Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and drivers to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of assembled systems to identify and resolve any hardware or software issues.
- Documentation: Create and update documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including warehouse staff and IT support, to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of configured systems.
- Compliance: Adhere to safety and quality standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:- Experience: Previous experience in computer assembly, configuration, or a related technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in assembly. Familiarity with various computer components and peripherals.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly and configuration of systems.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move computer equipment and components as needed.
Benefits:- Monday to Friday
- 8 hours per day with flexible hours.
