Pertemps Milton Keynes are currently recruiting HGV2 Home Delivery Drivers for our client based in Milton Keynes
Ongoing work l Monday – Friday l Newly passed welcome l £15.00ph + Overtime l
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
As a HGV2 Home Delivery Driver, you will be working alongside a drivers mate to provide a home delivery service of approximately 4-5 drops per day to residential properties.
- Safe and efficient operation of a HGV Class 2 vehicle.
- Completing 4-5 multi-drop deliveries per day to residential addresses.
- Heavy lifting and manual handling of goods.
- Working effectively as part of a team with a driver's mate.
- Utilising a sack barrow for efficient deliveries.
- Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
🔹 What’s In It For You:
- Basic £15.00ph, Overtime £22.50ph
- 10 – 12 hour shifts
- Start times 0500
- Ongoing and Temp to perm available
- Monday - Friday
- Pay + Overtime + Holiday + Pension
🔹 What were looking for:
- Valid HGV2 (Cat C+E) License
- Driver CPC and up-to-date Driver Tachograph Card
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Physically fit and able to handle demanding work.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
