Job Description
We’re looking for experienced HGV2 Drivers, preferably with experience within utilities for our client based in Bedford.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be delivering responsible for delivering and collecting 4-6 skips per day from various locations in the surrounding areas.
- Safely operate an HGV2 vehicle to deliver and collect skips.
- Ensure timely and efficient service to all customers.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
🔹 What’s In It For You:
- Basic Pay: £15.50ph
- Monday – Friday
- 8 hour days
🔹 What were looking for:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving license
- Driver CPC and up-to-date Driver Tachograph Card
- Minimum of 2 years HGV2 driving experience required
- Previous experience in skips, tippers, roll on roll off, hi-ab preferable.
- Excellent punctuality and reliability
- Previous experience in skip delivery and collection is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local roads and routes.
