Job Description

Account Coordintor

We are looking for an organised team player who can continuously meet expectations, with the ability to provide excellent customer service to the clients. 


Location: Outside of Aylesbury

Salary: £28,000

Duties:
  • Liaising with clients daily to organise events from enquiry through to completion.
  • Understanding the market and clients’ requirements and how they like to work
  • Managing a large volume of information and processing through various contact means i.e. phone, emails, or other platforms.
  • Working closely with the Account managers to prepare quotations, presentations and learning about budgets and profit margins.
  • Organising and managing all event logistics, arranging equipment, booking transport, sourcing, and booking accommodation and travel.
  • Assisting with the collation of event specific information to create / assist with marketing material.
  • Daily communications with internal departments, finance and warehouse

Requirements:
  • Strong administration experience
  • Computer literate able to use Microsoft Packages 
  • Must have a driving licence due to the location
