Key Details:- Salary: Β£30,000+ (exact range confidential)
- Bonuses: Monthly bonus (10%) and quarterly profit share, adding approximately 15% to the base salary πΈ
- Holiday: 25 days plus public holidays (5 days more than the statutory requirement) π΄

The Role:This newly created position is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with the right skills and attitude to build a successful career in internal sales and marketing. You will support the small but highly-skilled sales team, manage customer relationships, raise quotes, and handle a variety of sales-related tasks. π
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, issues, or complaints π
- Create and follow up on quotes for consumers and small orders
- Track leads, quotes, and project statuses
- Investigate quality issues and organise returns or replacement parts (with team support)
- Support marketing projects and campaigns π―
- Maintain accurate records and ensure office procedures are followed
- Provide ad hoc sales admin support as required
Skills & Experience:- 1-3 years of experience in specification sales, sales administration
- Formal training in sales and/or account management
- Experience raising sales quotes within the specification building products sector
- Polite, professional, and persuasive communication style
- Strong planning, organisational, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy β
- Familiarity with sales order processing (SOP) and CRM systems (experience with Sage and Microsoft Office 365 preferred)
