People Data Analyst Lead

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as the People Data Analytics Lead. This role is crucial in shaping our organisation's data strategy by developing, maintaining, and optimising data visualisations and reports using Power BI and SQL.

 What you’ll be doing as a People Data Analytics Lead

• Create and maintain interactive and visually engaging dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using Power BI, DAX and SQL
• Develop robust data models, measures, and calculations to provide actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reports and dashboards
• Document data models, report specifications, and development specifications
• Identify and implement strategies to improve Power BI report performance and responsiveness

Base Location: Reading, Hybrid
Working Pattern: 36 Hours

What you should bring to the role

• Significant work experience in Power BI and SQL
• Experience with Power BI RLS
• Experience in HR data
• Experience with Power Automate is a plus
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
