Head of FP&A

A market leading company with ambitious growth plans for the next 5 years is recruiting a Head of FP&A to support the company’s strategic aims. Managing a team of two, the key deliverables of the Head of FP&A include:
 

• Annual budgeting process
• Monthly forecasts and variance analysis
• Production of relevant and timely information to the business, assessing performance against the company’s strategy and objectives
• Five year strategic planning process
• Identifying areas for cost improvement
• Process improvement and automation

 
The ideal candidate for the Head of FP&A will:
 

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Have demonstrable experience in a similar FP&A role
• Have worked in a fast paced, high growth business

 
The company offer an excellent benefits package that includes car allowance and bonus as well as hybrid working of 3 days office / 2 days home.
