Our Wolverhampton-based client, a leading service provider, is currently seeking a dedicated Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a crucial member of the finance department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Finance Analyst in reviewing costs and delivering timely and accurate financial analysis.
 
Your responsibilities as the Finance Analyst will include and will not be limited to:

• Help maintain commissioned hours for many sites.
• Provide month end variance analysis commentary for staff costs.
• Ensure accurate posting of all payroll journals in the management accounts.
• Analyse staffing rotas.
• Liaise with site managers.
• Conduct thorough review and validation of payroll prior to final approval.

 
To be considered for the role of Finance Analyst:

• AAT or part qualified accountant.
• Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
