Finance Business Partner - Hybrid

Sheridan Maine is delighted to partner with a well-established professional services organisation in their search for a skilled Finance Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to join their Southwark-based office on a 12-month fixed term contract, with a strong potential to transition into a permanent role. The role will follow a hybrid working pattern, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
 
Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will include:

• Lead the finance function for specific business areas.
• Oversee Monthly Management Accounts and implement new processes and reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as part of monthly reporting.
• Serve as a business partner to senior management, acting as a key contact.
• Prepare senior management presentations, performance reports, and KPI packs.
• Provide tailored management information for commercial decision-making.
• Enhance existing reports and develop new ones for the business.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistent financial data reporting and support audit processes.
• Work with global HR teams to meet resourcing needs.
• Perform ad hoc duties and analysis as required by senior management.

 
The successful Finance Business Partner will require:

• Full accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in a large or global company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
