We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner who is eager for a new career challenge and thrives on working with range of stakeholders. In this pivotal role, you will partner with senior leadership teams, delivering financial insights, analysis, and support to drive strategic decisions and help achieve business objectives.
 
Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Business Partner:

• Lead a business partnering  team  in reporting financial performance, identifying trends, and providing insightful commentary.

• Support the preparation and presentation of budgets and regular forecasts.
• Analyse and interpret business performance data to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Proactively identify issues and develop solutions.
• Produce informative analysis and interpret data effectively.
• Assist the business in preparing proposals.
• Train team members in finance processes and requirements.
• Develop and enhance reporting systems.

 
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
• Current technical expertise in UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in business partnering.
• Experience in large companies, preferably in the services sector.
• Proficiency in handling and accurately consolidating financial data.
• Advanced systems and Excel skills, with a preference for Power BI knowledge.
