Payroll Assistant - Part Time

Are you an experienced payroller looking for a flexible, part-time position? An established organisation based in North Bristol is seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join their dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for payroll, this could be the perfect role for you!
 
Your key responsibilities as the Payroll Assistant will include:

• Handle payroll for three UK entities.
• Liaise with teams to ensure all payroll changes are accurately input into Oracle Netsuite.
• Collaborate with the Finance Team, including Head of Finance as necessary.
• Preparation of a range of payroll related reports.
• Prepare journals from the payrolls in Excel format for uploading to Oracle.
• Prepare end of year P11ds.
• Prepare PSA return and payment details.

 
To be considered for the role of Payroll Assistant:

• Proven experience in payroll processing.
• Proficient in using payroll software, preferably Oracle Netsuite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of UK payroll regulations and HMRC reporting requirements.
