Finance Business Partner - Hybrid

Sheridan Maine is pleased to collaborate with a well-established organisation in the Berkshire to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This role presents a unique chance to undertake a key position in where you will provide finance business partnering to designated business area. In this post will liaise with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally.  
 
Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:

• Leading and executing all month-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Developing and maintaining forecasts, providing valuable insights to guide business decisions
• Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders, delivering clear financial updates and addressing queries
• Preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for both internal and external audiences
• Ensuring all financial activities adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies

 
The ideal candidate will:

• Hold an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification

• Previously have undertaken a Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager role, preferably in a larger organisation
• Possess strong technical skills covering, financial and management accounting, forecasting, and general accounting practices
• An effective communicator who can build rapport with stakeholders
