They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will undertake the following tasks:
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Liaise with internal departments and allocate queries to correct area
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls in a professional manner
- Manage the mailbox efficiently
- Support customers via the live chat function
This role will suit a highly organised individual who works well under pressure and can handle a busy workload. Professional telephone mannerism and a positive attitude are essential for this position. It is also essential to have prior experience in a similar customer service role.
