Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant will include:

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including variance analysis.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics to assist with decision-making.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather financial data and provide insights that support business decisions.
• Prepare accruals, prepayments and intercompany recharges.
• Carry out bank reconciliations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required.

 
The successful Management Accountant:

• Ideally ACCA/CIMA qualified.
• Proactive and confident in taking ownership of financial processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
