Tax Director

Sheridan Maine is partnering with a London-based organisation to hire a Tax Director (Mixed Tax) for their team. The ideal candidate will be CTA qualified with significant post-qualification experience. This dynamic role includes advising partners and their clients on a wide range of tax matters, such as Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, National Insurance, Corporation Tax, Inheritance Tax, SDLT, VAT, and international issues.

Your responsibilities as the Tax Director will include:

• Providing comprehensive advice to partners and their clients on all aspects of their tax affairs
• Preparing tax advisory reports, newsletters, and bulletins
• Proactively identifying client needs and offering creative tax solutions
• Assisting with HMRC inquiries
• Representing the firm in meetings with clients

 
The successful Tax Director will require the following skills and experience:

• CTA qualified
• Strong technical expertise in tax
• Effective communication skills
• Experience providing advice in all the above areas
