Finance Business Partner

A fast-paced business based near Chichester is recruiting for a talented late stage studier / part qualified or recently qualified accountant to join their team as Finance Business Partner. This is an exceptional opportunity for a progressive accountant who is looking for a forward looking, value add role that will contribute to the company’s continued success. The Finance Business Partner will work directly with the operational and sales teams and be mentored by the Finance Director.

Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:

• Partnering the operations team reviewing costs and suggesting areas of improvement
• Partnering the sales teams providing analysis of product and customer profitability to support pricing and margin decisions
• Production of KPIs and analysis, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements
• Monthly commentary, investigating and reviewing variances to budget and their impact
• Preparation of capex proposals and reviews

The successful Finance Business Partner:

• ACCA / CIMA late stage studier / recently qualified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
