Position Overview: Head of Financial Planning & Analysis- Reporting directly to the CFO and guiding a dedicated FP&A team to drive financial excellence.
- Oversee comprehensive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the entire group.
- Partner with management teams on ad hoc initiatives, providing analytical support and conducting scenario analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data and management information (MI).
- Collaborate with the financial accounting team to prepare Board Information and a monthly draft Board Pack that includes financial and operational insights.
- Develop robust financial models, delivering insightful performance analysis, trend evaluations, and key performance indicators (KPIs) with actionable recommendations.
- Communicate financial insights effectively to senior management, influencing strategic decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Extensive background in a senior Financial Planning & Analysis role, with a strong focus on business partnering.
- Exceptional Excel modelling capabilities and a passion for financial strategy.
