Position Overview: Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

• Reporting directly to the CFO and guiding a dedicated FP&A team to drive financial excellence.
• Oversee comprehensive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the entire group.
• Partner with management teams on ad hoc initiatives, providing analytical support and conducting scenario analysis.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data and management information (MI).
• Collaborate with the financial accounting team to prepare Board Information and a monthly draft Board Pack that includes financial and operational insights.
• Develop robust financial models, delivering insightful performance analysis, trend evaluations, and key performance indicators (KPIs) with actionable recommendations.
• Communicate financial insights effectively to senior management, influencing strategic decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Extensive background in a senior Financial Planning & Analysis role, with a strong focus on business partnering.
• Exceptional Excel modelling capabilities and a passion for financial strategy.
