As the Finance Business Partner, you will be instrumental in overseeing the production of end-to-end management accounts, ensuring the accurate reporting of revenue and costs on projects. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to junior team members on both month-end BAU tasks and ad hoc assignments.
 
Your key responsibilities as the Finance Business Partner:

• Prepare comprehensive end-to-end management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Accurately report revenues and costs to provide clear financial insights.
• Support and mentor junior team members with month-end processes and other routine tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide analysis that supports decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.

 
To be considered for the role of Finance Business Partner, you will be:

• A qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or working towards qualification.
• Proven experience in a similar role, delivering technical accounting insights and financial information to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
• A strong communicator with the ability to mentor and collaborate effectively.
• Highly organised, with an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, with a drive to improve processes and deliver results.
