Job Description
Duties of the Finance Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and mentoring a team in the area of financial reporting.
- Preparing comprehensive financial statements and reports for a range of stakeholders.
- Overseeing the month-end process, ensuring all financial information is accurate and complete.
- Continuously reviewing and improving financial processes and systems.
- Maintaining robust financial controls.
- Participating in various ad-hoc projects and activities as required.
The successful Finance Manager will be responsible for the following skills and experience:
- An accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Solid technical accounting and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in team leading and mentoring.
- Strong in systems skills and internal controls.
