Job Description

A new and exclusive Assistant Accountant job opportunity has arisen within an international client based in Winnersh. The role will be to start in the new year on a long term temporary basis.
 
Supporting the UK Finance team, the role will be responsible for the following key duties:
  • Accounts payable - invoicing, reconciliations, invoice queries, payments
  • Accounts receivable - cash posting, credit control, sales invoicing
  • Prepayments & accruals
  • Posting journals
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Recharges
  • Financial reporting
 
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
 
  • Accounting knowledge of debits and credits
  • Month end experience (advantageous)
  • Intermediate level IT skills
  • Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
  • Able to meet deadlines
