Sheridan Maine are delighted to be partnering with a leading UK business to recruit a Treasury Supervisor for their dynamic team on a permanent basis.
The duties of the Treasury Supervisor include:
- Taking ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and reviews
- Suggesting process improvements and implementing new strategies
- Journals, bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting
- Allocating tasks to the team and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintaining team motivation
- Liaising with and supporting all internal departments
- Preparing financial and management reports
- Ensuring all financial records are up to date and accurately maintained
Requirements for this role:
- Experience in a similar role
- Prior experience leading a team
- Hands on treasury and month end experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and adapt quickly to changes
