Treasury Supervisor- hybrid

Sheridan Maine are delighted to be partnering with a leading UK business to recruit a Treasury Supervisor for their dynamic team on a permanent basis.
 
The duties of the Treasury Supervisor include:

• Taking ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and reviews
• Suggesting process improvements and implementing new strategies
• Journals, bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting
• Allocating tasks to the team and ensuring deadlines are met
• Maintaining team motivation
• Liaising with and supporting all internal departments
• Preparing financial and management reports
• Ensuring all financial records are up to date and accurately maintained

 
Requirements for this role:

• Experience in a similar role
• Prior experience leading a team
• Hands on treasury and month end experience 
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and adapt quickly to changes
