In this role, you will be responsible for compiling essential financial reporting data. Reporting directly to the UK Finance Director, you will play a crucial part in providing the UK Management Team with the commercial insights needed to inform key business decisions. This will encompass, but is not limited to, quarterly budget reviews and reforecasting, client profitability analysis, and resource utilization reporting.
Your responsibilities as the Finance, Planning & Analysis Manager will include: - Prepare quarterly budget reports for UK Business Leads' review.
- Collaborate with Business Leads to address budgeting queries.
- Consolidate revenue templates and resource requests for Finance Director review.
- Upload approved budgets and revisions into ForecastWise.
- Collect and review monthly client timesheet data.
- Resolve timesheet misallocations with Client Team Leads and Business Managers.
- Complete Client Profitability templates for Finance Director review.
- Assist with uploading quarterly flash reports into ForecastWise.
The successful Finance, Planning & Analysis Manager will require the following skills and experience: - CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Build positive, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel to effectively analyze and present data from SAP.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to meet deadlines with stakeholders.
- Ideally experience from the media industry
