Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a leading specialist business in Andover supporting their busy administration team.  

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills further in a dynamic workplace and will involve:
  • Ensuring contracts are in line with company standards to a high level of accuracy
  • Liaise with internal departments daily
  • Key point of contact for contract or RAMS queries
  • Maintaining high level of accuracy with quotes, RAMS and purchase orders
  • Using in house database to check stock and contracts
  • Data entry on Excel
  • Ad hoc administration support
The suitable candidate will have:
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role
  • Comfortable with Office 365 packages including Excel
  • Good communication both written and verbal
