Finance Manager - Hybrid

Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with a successful South West based organisation to recruit a Qualified Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast paced finance team, with excellent progression routes.

Responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:

• Lead on the delivery of annual performance report.
• Support the regulatory modelling lead.
• Update of reconciliation models with the budget cycle.
• Lead on key financial aspects of the five-year business plan.
• Stakeholder engagement and management for reporting requirements.
• Become the subject matter expert on Regulatory Accounting Guidelines to be able to provide technical advice to the business.
• Understand and demonstrate to stakeholders the impact of overspending on revenue and performance.
• Assisting with budgets.

The successful Finance Manager will have/be:

• Fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA.
• Experienced in improving financial procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to improve and enhance processes, present financial information, and influence peers.
• Financial reporting experience.
• Line management or mentoring experience.
• Strategic thinking.
