Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for understanding resource requirements to plan reactive and maintenance work effectively. Looking after a large geographical area, you will manage multiple stakeholders and be expected to flex between varying business requirements daily.

The key purpose of the role is to deliver excellent service to our customers and be at the heart of prioritising and delivering work for our field teams efficiently.

Please note this is a 10-12 month fixed term contract.

What you’ll be doing as a Scheduler
  • Ensuring resources are effectively utilised - reviewing reactive and planned maintenance, and scheduling work for a geographical area to meet demanding SLAs and business priorities.
  • Delivering an accurate schedule - Ensuring work is delivered to the correct technician with the correct skills.
  • Working hours: 7 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
  • Base Location: Hybrid  - Kemble Court, Reading RG2 6 AD, with a minimum of 2 days working from the office.

What you should bring to the role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • IT literate - you will be using SAP, Click & Excel as part of the role. (previous experience in these is beneficial but not essential)
