Full Stack Developer
Location: These roles are full-time, based in Meriden.

You’ll play a key role in the development and implementation of our in-house application solutions, collaborating closely with both business and technical teams to build, maintain, and enhance our systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Maintain: Create robust web applications that ensure high performance and scalability.
Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy innovative solutions.
Front-End Development: Utilize technologies like Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to craft engaging user interfaces.
Back-End Development: Leverage C#, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, and cloud platforms like Azure for efficient processing and storage solutions.
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest industry trends and best practices, adopting new technologies as needed.
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Full Stack Development.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in front-end technologies (Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (C#, .NET Core, MS SQL Server).
Cloud Expertise: Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms is highly desirable.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
Team Player: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Communication: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
