Role: Business Analyst
Location: Meriden
Salary: £60,000
Network IT is looking for an experienced
Business Analyst to join a dynamic software house that provides a comprehensive suite of products to both internal users within their group and external customers. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that the systems are optimized to support efficient operations and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Process Optimization: Design and refine business processes to enhance the use and value of the company’s product suite.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Solution Support: Assist in the implementation and testing of new solutions, ensuring successful rollout and adoption.
- User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to ensure users maximize the system’s potential.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed user stories, documentation, and process flows.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture effective relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Business Analyst Experience: Proven track record in business analysis, with successful project delivery experience.
Essential Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry
- Agile Scrum experience, particularly in a Product Owner role
