Administration Assistant to join their team at their
Coventry-based Calibration Laboratory. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the facility, including assisting with calibration processes, front desk duties, and occasional warehouse support during peak periods or holiday cover.
Key Responsibilities:- Support all administrative tasks related to the Calibration Laboratory.
- Prepare quotations and process orders.
- Handle data entry and generate calibration certificates.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on progress.
- Assist with warehouse duties when required.
- Oversee the management of the on-site pool car, including scheduling services, maintaining logs, and handling bookings.
Front Desk & Facility Support:- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Monitor office security by managing visitor logs and issuing badges.
- Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately.
- Organise catering when required.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and facility.
- Carry out additional duties as requested by the line manager.
Requirements:- Previous experience using Outlook, Excel, and SAP is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
Employment Details:- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
